HWLincs is working with Healthwatch Lincolnshire to start a one-to-one conversation with local Lincolnshire people who have had an experience of a unmet social care need.

There are a wide range of groups of people we would like to talk to, but if you don’t fit into the following groups, we still want to hear from you.
Is this you? Do you have time to share your experience.
- An adult with a learning disability waiting for a social care needs assessment
- An adult with a physical disability waiting for a social care needs assessment
- An older person (over the age of 65) waiting for a review of their care package
- A child or young adult (under the age of 18) with social care needs moving support from children to adult’s social care
- A young unpaid carer (a child or young person under the age of 18) trying to access care for a loved one
- An adult unpaid carer trying to access care for a child
- An unpaid carer trying to access care for an older (over the age of 65) loved one
- An unpaid carer trying to access financial support for themselves
- An unpaid carer trying to access non-financial support for themselves
- An older person (over the age of 65) living in a residential care home
- An adult (under the age of 65) living in their own home receiving social care support
- An adult who uses direct payments to fund their care
- An adult funding their own care, who can no longer afford support
- An adult with a social care package who has been discharged from hospital
