LPFT appoints new Chief Executive

I am pleased to inform you that following a competitive process we have today appointed Sarah Connery as our new substantive Chief Executive here at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

Sarah’s successful appointment follows an extensive and robust NHS Executive Search process and I am sure you will want to join me in congratulating her on her success.

Sarah has been acting Chief Executive at LPFT since October 2020. She has solid examples of her achievements during her time as acting Chief Executive and previously as our Director of Finance and Information, and is committed to partnership working and collaboration. Sarah also clearly demonstrates our values and culture as an organisation.

I am sure that you will be as pleased as I am to be able to continue to work with Sarah, helping to ensure that we do our very best for those who use our services, their families and carers, and the wider Lincolnshire community.

The official appointment as Chief Executive will be with immediate effect.
