Opportunities to chair Integrated Care Systems

Seventeen ICSs across England are recruiting independent chairs including Coventry & Warwickshire, Herefordshire & Worcestershire and Lincolnshire. The time commitment is 2.5 to three days each week and the roles pay between £55k and £80k, depending on the complexity of the system and the size of the population it serves.  

Integrated care systems (ICSs) are partnerships of health and care organisations, local government and the voluntary sector. They exist to improve population health, tackle health inequalities, enhance productivity and help the NHS support broader social and economic development. From April 2022, ICSs are scheduled to take on statutory form following the implementation of proposed legislation.
