Due to unprecedented pressures on our NHS services across Lincolnshire it is necessary to change the hours of Louth and Skegness Urgent Treatment Centres.

From Monday, 23 March 2020 these centres’ opening hours will be different. The service will remain the same as it is now but will be open for walk in patients from 8am-10pm every day. After 10pm anyone requiring Urgent Care should call NHS111 who will ensure their needs are met.

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust is making these changes to ensure patients are looked after in a way that best protects members of the public during this period immense pressure due to corona virus. It is vital that we are able to deliver patient care to best effect. The Trust is refocusing our home visiting and virtual consultation function, to ensure we can continue to deliver a high quality and responsive service.

Do not go to your GP, pharmacy or hospital if you have symptoms associated with coronavirus. Instead you should stay at home for at least 7 days if you have either:

  • a high temperature

and/or

  • a new continuous cough.

If you live with other people, they should stay at home for 14 days from the day the first person got symptoms.

We would like to thank you for your co-operation and support in helping us limit the spread of coronavirus.
