Healthwatch Lincolnshire Work Plan 2024-25

Healthwatch Lincolnshire’s Interim Work Plan (Oct 2024 – Mar 2025) sets out our priorities and activities to ensure local people’s voices shape health and social care services.

Key Priorities

  • Influencing decision-makers – Ensuring public feedback drives improvements in local health and care.
  • Expanding reach & impact – Raising awareness and increasing engagement with residents.
  • Addressing health inequalities – Focusing on underrepresented groups, including new fathers, farming communities, and Armed Forces families.
  • Providing information & signposting – Helping residents navigate health and care services through outreach and digital resources.

Key Activities

  • Public engagement: YourVoice@Healthwatch events, outreach clinics, and surveys.
  • Enter & View visits: Corridor care reviews (Dec 2024) and care home visits (Jan–Mar 2025).
  • Monitoring impact: Reviewing provider responses to past recommendations.
  • Digital & in-person support: Expanding online resources and direct signposting services.

Ensuring Impact

We will continue working with health and care providers, sharing insights with Healthwatch England, and supporting volunteers to strengthen public engagement.
