People's Service User Experiences - Nov 2018
This report created by Healthwatch Lincolnshire provides a monthly summary report for all patient, carer and service user experiences received during November 2018 where 167 experiences have been shared.

This report has been produced by Healthwatch Lincolnshire (HWL) to highlight the Lincolnshire patient, carer and service user voices of health and care experiences shared with us for the period 1 to 30 November 2018, during this period we received a total number of 167 experiences
From these experiences and our wider representation feedback we would like to highlight the following points:
- Patient Comments related to GP services - patients continue to share experiences particularly relating to getting an appointment with a GP
- Joined Up Services – DETOC - whilst we are aware that a great deal of work has been put in place to support winter pressures including the Winter Room, it seems services are not fully connected in to the winter plans
- Autism Waits for Assessment - this issue has previously been raised by HWL and is still on our radar as a concern for patients and families in the 'here and now'
- Mental Health – Interim Care specifically around access, long waiting times and lack of support from the patient’s perspective at the point of discharge from a CPN
