The third annual NHS Lincolnshire ICB Palliative and End of Life Care survey is live
Whether you are a carer, family member, friend or neighbour, NHS Lincolnshire wants to hear about the end of life experience you were near.
Based on feedback from previous surveys, NHS Lincolnshire has made several improvements, including:
- Enhanced and updated information on the Palliative and End of Life Care website: www.eolc.co.uk
- Additional training for healthcare staff specifically on palliative and end-of-life care
- Easier access to specialist clinicians for advice and support
