How well do the health and care services work together?
We would like to invite you to take part in a face to face Focus Group to share your ideas, concerns and issues about health and care services in Lincolnshire.
We are particularly keen to hear from people moving between, accessing and receiving health and care services and live in Lincoln and Spalding.
Are you facing any barriers to your health and care? Do you or someone you care for have one of the following conditions, we want to talk to you:
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
- Myalgia Encephalomyelitis (ME)
- Fibromyalgia
- Epilepsy.
Join us on
- Wed 18 May 2022 10.30 am to 12.30 pm at Ruston Sport and Social Club, Lincoln
- Wed 18 May 2022 4 pm to 6 pm at Johnson Hospital, Room ADM 124, Spalding. (10 places only)
