Hospital Appointments - Experiences during COVID-19 outbreak
Healthwatch continues to work on our core function of gathering public and patient feedback across the areas that impact you and your health and care services.
We want to hear from patients, carers and family members who should have attended a hospital appointment in the last few months which has been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak.
Your responses will be taken anonymously. However, what we will be doing is sharing our overall findings with the systems that underpin the Lincolnshire and UK health and care infrastructure, this information will be crucial for future learning. Together we can help them listen, understand and develop future crisis planning with you in mind.
