NHS Healthy Conversation 2019 - GRANTHAM
Book your place at the NHS Healthy Conversation 2019 October Workshop and help shape your local health services
Following the Healthy Conversation 2019 Workshops which took place in Grantham in June, Lincolnshire NHS is now inviting patients and local residents to discuss comments and feedback from the first events in more detail at a second round of workshops. The aim is to gather further views and continue our conversations, with as many people as possible.
The Healthy Conversation 2019 workshop will take place at The Jubilee Church Life Centre, 6pm-8pm on Wednesday 9th October. Attendees, who are required to pre-book, will discuss the proposed urgent treatment centre and travel and transport with senior clinicians.
Dr Dave Baker, GP Chair, South West Lincolnshire CCG, said:
“The conversations we had with everyone who attended the previous workshop in Grantham were invaluable.”
“We would encourage as many people as possible to come along and share their views with us when we return to Grantham on the 9th October. We are looking forward to having another opportunity to meet and hear from local residents as we continue with our Healthy Conversation 2019 engagement.”
There are limited spaces at the workshop and, if over-subscribed, places will be allocated by ballot and a waiting list will be used to fill any cancellations. In addition to the workshops, staff from Lincolnshire’s NHS will be out and about across the county over the coming weeks, talking to the public about Healthy Conversation 2019.
If you would like to attend please email your name and a contact number to lhnt.hc2019@nhs.net or phone 01522 307307 by 4 pm on 03/10/2019. You will receive confirmation of your place by return email, or over the phone, by 4pm on 04/10/2019.
For people with questions, who are unable to attend, we invite you to submit any questions you may have in writing, and we will ask them on your behalf. We will post the answers on our website. Please submit your questions by 4pm on 7/10/2019.
