‘Part of the Heart’ Event Saturday 21st September 2019
Hearts are being formed across the country in our most loved landscapes on Saturday 21st September at 2pm

For the First Time ever - People in all Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty across the UK are collectively forming hearts to show how much they love their own special landscapes.
Join the, at Welton le Wold disused quarry – the event is FREE
Everyone is welcome
- 10:00am – 5mile/3hour guided walk exploring the landscape
- 12:00noon – 1/2 mile 1 hour geographical tour explaining how different ice advances created the protected landscape that was once home to elephants!
- 12:00noon – spend time creating & crafting your own heart to remind you of the day
Don’t want to walk? Join them for lunch
Bring a picnic or enjoy a homemade freshly toasted sandwich and a cuppa!
- 2:00pm The Main Event all join together to create a heart in the landscape
- 3:00pm – Finish, safe Travel Home.
