Project Officer Update - Stroke
Here is an update on stroke project
HWL is working in conjunction with LCHS to develop the stroke pathway and provide a seamless service irrespective of where you live in the county.
Consequently I have made numerous visits to the stroke wards at Lincoln and Boston hospitals, including Peterborough hospital. I have a brief conversation with patients on the ward (and their carers if they are available) to gather initial information.
A small number of patients are then selected for a more in depth conversation.
