Short Breaks Services in Lincolnshire
These services provide short breaks for older people, for people with physical and sensory impairments, people with mental ill health, autism or learning disability. They enable the family carer to take a break from their caring role and give the person they care for the benefits of time spent in a different environment in the company of other people.
The County Council is undertaking an engagement exercise to hear the views of people who use these services and family carers. The feedback we receive will help shape the services and ensure our contracts cover all the important issues.
This engagement exercise runs until 9th May 2019. A link to an online survey can be found at https://snapsurveys.lincolnshire.gov.uk/snapwebhost/s.asp?k=155386961120. Alternatively, people can request the survey in a different format by contacting Mick Skipworth on mick.skipworth@lincolnshire.gov.uk or by phoning 01522 554014.
